Scout pricing · Powered by PMAM

Pay for the scouting workflow,
not for API calls.

Scout plans are priced by seats, player profiles, scouting reports and model runs on your own data. Developer request quotas live in the separate Futrix API product.

Building an integration? Request pricing lives on the Futrix API side.

One account · two products · two separate meters

Scout usage never draws down API request quota, and an API key does not unlock Scout. Buying both keeps two clean usage records — and earns a bundle discount.

Compare Scout plans

Every plan runs on the same PMAM evaluations — plans differ in seats, depth and quota. This table is generated from the same limits the product enforces.

Two products, two clean meters

Scout and Futrix API share one account — never one bill logic.

👥

Seats, not API calls

Scout usage never draws from developer API calls. When Scout calls the models internally, nothing is metered against your API key.

📄

Reports come from the model

Every report is generated from the same PMAM run you see on screen — projections, intervals, peer context and the limitations that apply. No figure appears that cannot be traced back to the evidence pack.

🗃

Your data, your run

Scout Pro and above upload a CSV or XLSX (up to 100 MB, 500,000 rows) and run the models on it in an isolated job. Uploaded data never joins the reference dataset.

Pricing questions, answered

Do Scout plans include developer API access?

No. Scout and Futrix API are separate products with separate entitlements. Combining both unlocks a bundle discount — and two clean usage records.

What counts as a player profile?

Opening the complete evaluation — projections, intervals, peer context and the model's own explanation — for one player in a given month. Each player counts once per month, so returning to someone you have already opened is free.

Are the reports written by AI?

Not today. Reports are generated from the model output itself: every number is traceable to the run that produced it, and the wording is deterministic. AI-written narrative is in design and available to discuss on an Enterprise plan — we would rather not sell it before it exists.

Why does compare stop at 4 players?

That is the limit the evaluation service enforces, not a packaging decision. Comparing more than 4 players at once makes the peer context unreadable, so no plan raises it.

What does the reference archive actually cover?

37 seasons across 34 leagues, from 2006 to 2026. Preview is limited to the current season; every paid plan opens the full archive.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Unused report quota doesn't roll over.

How does the free trial work?

The trial length depends on the plan — 7 days on Scout, 14 days on Scout Pro and Team. You get that plan's full entitlements straight away and are not billed until the trial ends; cancel before then and nothing is charged. Because the trial runs on the plan itself, what you try during it is exactly what you keep afterwards.
